Apparently the new gym leader was it, again. Not that it really bothered him too much. One of his fellow garden sponsors named Eleanor informed him and Genesis that a pokemon was out about to destroy their garden. And by the description she gave, Maverick knew exactly which pokemon she was taking about. Eleanor said the pokemon was too scary for her little team and Genesis… was ‘too busy’ to take care of it and felt that ‘its your specialist type so you can handle it’. Whatever. After all, Maverick felt like he was the only one using the garden at the moment so he was okay to take care of it.
Upon arrival at the garden spot, warm colored orbs confirmed the two toned massive muscular panda like creature the pink haired woman described. Not willing to take a change of it destroying his plots, the man pulled out the common two toned ball of Reapor. The ball burst open with a dazzling light before a grimmsnarl materialized before him. The creature gave the human danger eyes, clearly upset about something. The trainer rolled his eyes. “Look I’m sorry okay,” he grumbled to the fairy and dark type, shrugging his shoulders while he met his gaze, “I figured it wouldn’t be that big of deal. An easy job. I won’t do it again. Sounds fair?” The troll pokemon scared at him for a moment before he huffed and gave the trainer a firm nod but turned in head away from him. “You have to admit though,” the man mumbled as he tried to sympathize with the creature, “It was easy.” Reaper didn’t look at him, still clearly not one hundred percent satisfied.
It was only when the wild pokemon roared with life and it inched closer to the garden that Maverick let out a sigh. “Can you take care of that without damaging the garden?” The man asked as he motioned to the wild pangoro, “I’m sure a good focus blast would work.” The creature still didn’t look at him. Mav rolled his eyes with another sigh. “Please Reaper.” The grimmsnarl faced the wild pokemon that threatened his trainer stupid little garden. He still didn’t look at Maverick as he moved closer to the wild pokemon. Reapor stared at the creature with a sinister grin on his face as he tried to thing of NASTY PLOT of how to take down the creature quickly and smoothly. This wild pokemon will feel the rage that secretly boiled from his trainer’s mistakes. And once a idea come forward, it was time to play.
The grimmsnarl jumped towards the wild pokemon as his body gave off a light pinkish aura, slamming the creature with his body to push it away form the garden. Reaper snickered as the black and white pokemon flexed its muscles, ready to fight him. But before it could, Reaper tackled PLAY ROUGH with it a few more times baring about to dodge the hands of the panda like creature. And once he felt the creature has slowed down, the grimmsnarl fires an orb of yellow energy from his hands at the opponent with a FOCUS BLAST. It was a direct it, forcing the creature to fall over in defeat.
Reaching into his pocket, the trainer tossed a ball in hopes that if he caught it that it would never return to his garden again. The ball hit its mark and sucked the creature in without a moments hesitation. While he waited for the confirm capture, his orbs fell upon his reaper. “Great work,” the man praised the beast as he returned to his side, “Feel better?” The grimmsnarl only grinned back, appearing to feel much better. The man chuckled, recalled the beast back into its ball. “Good,” the man mumbled, “I’m glad we worked that out.” After he shoved the ball back into his pocket, the male turned to the creature about to be captured. “Now. I need to figure out what to do with you.”
